Common Questions About Our Services

Do you provide supplies, or do I need to buy plants and materials?

We handle everything. Plants, mulch, soil amendments, and materials are sourced through our trade suppliers and included in your quote. You benefit from our wholesale pricing.

What happens if weather delays my scheduled visit?

Safety comes first—we won't work in dangerous conditions. If we reschedule, you'll be notified by 7am and offered the next available slot, usually within 24-48 hours.

Do I need to be home during service visits?

Not at all. Most of our regular clients provide gate access and go about their day. We photograph completed work and send a summary after each visit.

How far in advance should I book?

For one-off services, a week's notice usually suffices. For landscape design projects, we recommend booking 3-4 weeks ahead, particularly in spring and autumn.

Can you work with existing landscaper plans?

Absolutely. If you have designs from another professional, we're happy to execute them. We can also review and suggest refinements if you'd like a second opinion.
